​AWARDS

​Over the years, THE SKY IS THE LIMIT DESIGN has been honoured with many design awards - locally, nationally, internationally.

I am grateful and humbled by the recognition of my peers, the press, and the public.
Amongst my achievements are 'The One to Watch' by Boulevard Magazine; I garnered numerous first and second places in the annual competitions of the BC Homebuilders Association, won many design categories of the BC and Onterio chapters of the NKBA, flew to Seattle to pick up a design award from Grey Magazine, and visited Las Vegas and Chicago to attend the international NKBA trade show, where I got to collect awards and prize money. 

However, after accumulating well over 50 trophies, I stopped partaking on competitions.  Maybe I will get back into the spirit again in the near future. After all, write-ups about winning a competition is one of the best marketing strategies there is. Those past years, though, life took over and more pressing things were on my agenda.

​Despite all those accolades, I would like to point out that you should come to me because my works speaks to you, not because of the number of my trophies. We need to match somewhat on a spiritual level if I'm supposed to create magic for you.

​MEDIA

We are always delighted to share our work with the media and the public.

I have written short essays about various design subjects and I featured ideabooks on Houzz.com. I have been interviewed and got my projects featured in many different english and mandarin-language magazines. Some of my work has been included books on kitchen and bath design.

I want to point out that I will not take on projects any more that do not allow me to take and use photography for publication. This can be anonymously, withut mentioning an owner. But at the end of the day, being able to have visual proof of my mind's fruit is an essential way of how I can attract new clientele.
